Where can I park in Bewdley?

Wyre Forest has several pay and display car parks operating across Wyre Forest, owned, and managed by Wyre Forest District Council. Car parking is payable either by cash or JustPark.

Taking the train

There is no direct train link into Bewdley. However, there are excellent links from Birmingham to Kidderminster, taking approximately just over an hour, and from Worcester taking less than 30 minutes. Visit the National Rail website or Trainline for details on train journeys Kidderminster.

Severn Valley Railway is a heritage railway with stations in Kidderminster and Bewdley, the Kidderminster Severn Valley Railway Station is within easy walking distance from the main Kidderminster train station. The SVR offers a vintage train service to Bewdley, Arley, Highley, Hampton Loade and Bridgenorth.

Getting the bus

The main bus operator in Bewdley is Diamond Buses, they operate services across the Wyre Forest. More information and bus timetables can be found on  their website.

Coaches

There are no official coach parks in the district, however, there is an agreement in place with West Midland Safari Park that coach drivers can park in their car parks after dropping passengers at their intended destination. Please contact West Midlands Safari Park for more information.

Coaches may also be able to park on some of the long stay car parks. This must be arranged in advance by calling Wyre Forest District Council Business Support Unit on 01562 732528.
